Whether you're considering a full-scale renovation, seeking to refresh a single room, or exploring other innovative design solutions, our Free Discovery Consultation is the perfect starting point. Who Its For: Homeowners, Renters, Real Estate Agents, Contractors, & other Partners Project Overview: We’ll cover the basics of your project, including your goals, preferred style, timeline, and budget. This conversation helps us understand the scope of your project and allows us to offer you the best possible solutions. Expert Guidance: Elle will share her insights and answer any questions you may have about the design process, our services, and how we can help bring your vision to life. This initial meeting provides clarity and confidence as you progress with your project. Next Steps: If you’re ready to proceed following our discovery call, we’ll draft your proposal and schedule a meeting to discuss your project specifics, including design concepts, detailed measurements, and a comprehensive project plan. PLEASE NOTE: Interested Parties may schedule ONE Free Discovery Call. If the appointment is missed, Ellara reserves the discretion to reschedule or allow another booking. However, clients must inform us at least TWO hours in advance if they will miss the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering Ellara for your design needs. Please review the following booking policy: -Please specify your preferred service when booking your appointment. -You must include the total square footage of the room(s) of interest or depth & width. -For virtual consults, we highly recommend using a desktop or device capable of screen sharing. -Booking Procedure: To book a consultation, complete our online booking form and select a date and time. -Consultation Fee: A consultation fee is required to secure your appointment slot. -Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule your consultation appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. -Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing delays in arrival. However, please note that consultation appointments are scheduled based on a set timeframe. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation session. -No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and may impact future booking eligibility. -Consultation Duration: Consultation sessions are typically scheduled for a specified duration, as outlined in your booking confirmation. If you require additional time beyond the scheduled duration, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. -In-Person Consultations: Meetings set to take place in person may be subject to additional fees regarding staff's distance traveled to client's preferred location. Further details will be made transparent upon booking. Confidentiality: All information shared during consultation sessions will be kept confidential and used solely to provide design services. We respect your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
